Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, selected shipping method, and order size.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 Business Days
  • Canada: 5–10 Business Days
  • International Orders: 7–21 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

Gripche ships to selected international destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Gripche is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

While we will do our best to assist, Gripche is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The shipping package
  • The shipping label

We will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.
